Basic Qualifications

10+ years of experience in industrial/B2B sales
Experience in team handling and leadership
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel frequently
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in valves and actuators industry
Knowledge of industrial systems and equipment
Experience handling large sales teams
Background in technical solution selling
Experience in regional business expansion
Power plant or industrial automation exposure
