Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions
Strong understanding of customer base in Oil & Gas, Cement, Steel, and Power Plant industries
Understand client technical requirements and provide suitable solutions
Follow up on inquiries, negotiate terms, and close sales orders
Coordinate with service and operations teams for smooth execution
Build long-term customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
Achieve sales targets and submit regular reports to management
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering with 2–5 years of experience in Industrial Sales or B2B Technical Sales. Candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills along with a target-oriented approach and willingness to travel extensively.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in valves, actuators, and industrial systems with strong knowledge of industries such as Oil & Gas, Cement, Steel, and Power Plants. Candidates having an existing industrial customer network, technical sales expertise, and problem-solving abilities will be preferred.
